1. How to request deletion
You have two ways to delete your data:
• In the app: open Frontia, go to Settings, and select "Disconnect WhatsApp and delete my data." • By email: write to privacy@frontia.app from the email associated with your account with the subject "Data deletion."
2. Automatic deletion through Meta
When you revoke Frontia’s access from Meta Business Settings (Accounts Center › Apps and websites) or remove the integration, Meta sends Frontia a data deletion request (data deletion callback). On receipt, we automatically begin erasing the data associated with your WhatsApp Business Account.
3. What gets deleted
We delete the WABA ID, connected phone_number_id values, template metadata, message metadata, Meta access tokens, and associated account data. Some records may be retained in anonymized form or where law requires retention (for example, billing records).
4. Timeframe
We complete deletion within a maximum of 30 days from the request. Access tokens are revoked immediately on disconnect.
5. Confirmation
We will send a confirmation once deletion is complete. If you requested removal through Meta, you can verify the status with the confirmation code Meta displays after revoking access. Questions? Email privacy@frontia.app.
